Registration: Participants will be registered for the AMESA Congress 2005 on receipt of a completed registration form and payment of all costs associated with the Congress.

The early registration fee for AMESA members is R450 and for non-members is R550. The normal registration fee is R550 for AMESA members and R600 for non-members.

The reduced early registration fees will only be granted to those delegates whose forms reach the

Preferential rates for AMESA members apply to current paid up members (individual or institutional) who are able to produce proof of membership (please supply your membership number on the registration form).

Registration fees include admission to all sessions, a copy of the various volumes of proceedings of the Congress, a copy of the Congress programme, the Congress satchel, morning and afternoon teas as well as lunch from Monday to Thursday.

Congress accommodation will be in five different hostels near the Institute of Higher Education. The cost is R100 per night for bed and breakfast. Dining facilities are available at a variety of restaurants and steakhouses nearby the hostels. Suppers are entirely on a self-catering basis. No bedding and no towels are provided. Being winter in Kimberley, it would be advisable to pack extra blankets.
