Transport:
By air: Most of the airlines in South Africa have fights to Durban. Please check with your travel agent.

When arriving in Durban, please make your own transport arrangements to go to UKZN (Edgewood Campus, Pinetown) using a private taxi, Uber or Taxify. There are several taxis available and these can be obtained via a Google search.
Participants staying in guest houses, lodges and hotels must arrange their own transport to and from the venue.>

Meals:
Lunches from Monday to Friday and the Welcome Dinner (Monday evening) are included in the registration fee. Please indicate your dietary requirements on the Registration Form. Breakfast and dinners are not included in the registration fee and participants have to make their own arrangements (if you are staying in the hostel, then breakfast and dinners are included in the accommodation cost).

Funding:
A limited amount of funding is available to assist participants who would otherwise be unable to attend Congress. The application form for funding is available on this website. Applications close on 31 March
.

Cancellation:
Please note that, once your registration form has been processed, a cancellation fee of 20% of all costs will be charged for cancellations up to 31 May. After 31 May no refunds will be made for any cancellation of complete or partial costs.

Equipment for presenters:
For computer workshops or presentations, presenters must supply any software to be pre-installed by 1 June.
For presentations and workshops, presenters must supply their audio-visual requirements to the Congress Director by 1 June 2019.

Activity Centre:
A range of activities will be on offer during the congress, with certain focused events at different times. The conference program will provide more details as well as a timetable for these activities.

Congress memorabilia:
Congress memorabilia will be available but NOT from the LOC. We have acquired the services of an independent vendor. Any purchases will be between the delegate and the vendor. Memorabilia are therefore ordered and purchased at the delegates own risk. The LOC has no control of the sales of these memorabilia.

Pinetown is situated 16 km west of Durban at an elevation of 305 to 395 m.
Durban has a humid subtropical climate with pleasantly warm and dry winters, which are snow and frost-free. The average temperature in winter is 17 ℃.
