Funding: A limited amount of funding is available to assist participants who would otherwise be unable to attend Congress. The application form for funding is available on this website. Applications close on 11 April 2025.
Cancellation: Please note that, once your registration form has been processed, a cancellation fee of 20% of all costs will be charged for cancellations up to 6 June 2025. After 6 June no refunds will be made for any cancellation of complete or partial costs.
Equipment for presenters: For computer workshops or presentations, presenters must supply any software to be pre-installed by 6 June 2025. For presentations and workshops, presenters must email their audio-visual requirements by 6 June to the Academic Coordinator and Deputy Congress Director at paul@amesa.org.za and kgaladi@amesa.org.za.
Bring your own connection cables for presentation if you use your personal laptop.
Activity Centre: A range of activities will be on offer during the congress, with certain focused events at different times. The conference program will provide more details as well as a timetable for these activities.
Weather in Polokwane: Please remember that it will be winter in Polokwane, usually sunny, but cold to very cold during the evening and at night.
