Accommodation in school hostels

Congress accommodation will be available in school hostels for all participants who book before 31 May 2013.

We cannot guarantee that hostel accommodation will be available if you register after 31 May 2013. For all bookings made after 31 May 2013, it is suggested that the participants make their own accommodation arrangements.

The costs for accommodation in a school hostel is R225/person/night for single occupation and [SOLD OUT] R200/person/night for double occupation, including breakfast.

No dinner is provided for participants staying in hostels.

Transport to and from the school hostels to and from the venue (Diamantveld) will be provided, where necessary, at no extra cost.

Please note:
- Bring your own bedding, towel and toiletries.
- Breakfast will be served from 07:00 to 07:30.
- Bookings will be made on a first-come first-served basis.
- A person sharing a room must provide the name of the person he/she wishes to share with, otherwise any other person will be allocated to share the room with you.
- Rooms are not serviced for security reasons and participants have to clean their rooms and make their own beds.
- No smoking and no alcohol is allowed in the rooms.
- Participants must bring their own pad lock to lock their room door.
- There is a communal bath/shower (i.e. rooms do not have their own bathroom).
- Males and females will be housed in different hostels.
- Booking in time is 14:00 and booking out time is 10:00.
